kris, your career personality type is ENTJ
That means that based on the standard measure of personality traits, you live outside traditional boundaries and need to think ahead of the curve. When others focus on limitations, you create new possibilities and ideas. You focus on how to take a project or ideas through to completion and put your concepts into motion. You are a doer and not just a dreamer. You are well grounded in reality and use logic and analytical thinking to create new ideas. Given your ability to learn quickly, you rapidly ascend the career ladder. You enjoy meeting and working with other intensely creative and ambitious people. With your people skills, you have the ability to become a fearless leader and who expects others to keep up with your head-turning pace. The reason employers and recruiters might be on the lookout for you is that only about 3-5% of the U.S. population shares the unique characteristics of your personality type. Research shows that businesses succeed when employers create a good balance of personality types in the office. And since only 3-5% of the U.S. population shares your type, that means employers are looking for you.

It's a wonderful tuesday so far.. It's such a bright and sunny day in the morning that it gives mE a very warmth feeling and seems like a day full of HOPE.. 4 days of roadshow had ended and it's been a really different and new experience.. Like wad boss says, it's a good training ground, trains you to be brave and just DO IT... ahahaha.. i was not feeling well for the past 5 days.. first day of roadshow gotten sick.. how terrible it could be.. gosh.. dunno wad's wrong with me but i'm feeling much better now.. ahahaha.. i only manage to close 2 cases.. i didnt do exceptionally well, i could have done much better.. So, thank you Mollie.. for all the help u've given me, for all the push u've given me.. and also thanks to Roland - my boss for giving me the opportunity to participate as he dun let everyone participate in the roadshow.. Oh yes, i was msging Hafiz Rafi this morning and he was asking if i have a boyfren.. ahaha.. when i told him i dun have, he told me to leave it to him.. he will help me find another lonely soul out there.. ahahaha.. So funny.. and i was telling Fong over the msn how funny Hafiz Rafi is.. and we talked about all the fun that we had in our D & T workshop.. All the machines and all the 'woody' smell, the files and even the sink.. aahaha.. So cool.. Miss Secondary School life so much.. Espcially my D & T lessons... ahahaha.. =)

How to get over Life's Disappointment... . .. . . . .. -Accept the setback. Know that setbacks happen to everyone. And realize that you may never understand what happened. -Face your fears. It's normal to feel insecure, but don't cower and avoid uncertainty. -Be patient. Reflect and think about what you plan to do -- but don't rush, it will only aggravate the process. -Go beyond your comfort zone. Take risks. Go after that job you think you can't do, doing so will build self-esteem and resilience. -Find your hero. Think about people who have survived adversity like Christopher Reeve and Oprah. Use them as your role models. -Know what you want. If you have goals, it's easier to make plans and move forward. -Be a problem-solver. Don't be the victim; instead, learn to behave proactively. -One step at a time. To move forward, the enormity of the task (such as finding a new job after a lay-off) may seem insurmountable. Focus on each step you must take, not the entire undertaking. -Seek support. Talk to friends, family or a therapist.-Be kind to yourself. Disappointments are a source of stress, so exercise, eat right and get rest.

Good mOrning!!!Well, it's been a pretty good week so far and up till this minute, i feel good.. it's has been a rather busy week, going for the PEAK courses and of course preparing for my 3 joint-field work.. and yes, Steph is my first client.. ahahaha.. So cool.. i met up with her and told her a bit more stuffs about what the plan is about. And of course, she's been very supportive and encouraging.. We were talking a lot and could really continue each other's statement and understands really how i feel... Gosh.. we are gonna be this way all the way.. ahahaha.. Went with her to cpf board this morning to get her statement.. and after viewing the statement, it gives us a different light and see work differently.. hahaha.. Cool... Really, while we are still young, lets all work harder NOW and by the time we retire, we could jolly well sit outside a Mac having breakfast and reading paper and just living the life that we want.. GoGo gal.. it's the final lap to the end of the year and lets make 2007 a good year to remember with lots of fun-filled things.. i beliee we could accomplish that and lets all do it!!!

Sometimes life gets disappointing.. When u had put in all the work and the determination to do it all well and it turn out so wrong.. It's really depressing and disappointing.. When you thought all the ppl around you would definitely support u in whatever u do and it turn out that it's not that way and u are doing it all alone.. it's depressing once again.. when you thought u are fighting it with a team and you are actually fighting the battle urself, once again, it's disappointment. . All i could say was, that was how i become independent.. so independent.. i could really say that tat's how i was brought up to be.. i was totally left alone to survive on my own.. and i could really very proudly that i PAID for my won poly school fees all by myself, i PAID for my driving license myself and i PAID for the bed, the wardrobe and the dresser myself.. Yes!! all by myself.. and i'm really PROUD to say that.. There wasnt a word of concern and really no one ask me 'Hows work?' on any days.. nobody ask me how i am doing.. dun get the same kind of support that my bro gets from mum. dun get that much of a attention that they got.. i dun need that much of the attention but a quarter of whatever they are getting is not too much to ask for, right? hai.. i wish.. i wish..

Which Executive are U? You're what they call a "closer" — a seal-the-deal person with a can-do attitude. Charming and charismatic, you can talk anybody into doing anything. In other words, you'd make a perfect VP of Sales. Your focus and positive outlook make you a natural at convincing others to see your point of view. And not only are you extroverted and friendly, you know how to finesse any situation so you come out ahead. That's because you can schmooze with the best of them when the situation calls for it. Trust us, that's a good thing. The world will never stop needing people who can make things happen. No doubt about it, there's a promotion in your future. So keep up the good work!

Went to Mustafa Centre with Hung and Steph to get my financial calculator.. It's my first visit there and it's so cool and there's so many things.. like a super BIG department store that sells everything.. Even bigger than metro and robinsons... There's quite a lot of things to look at or shop.. but we just stayed on at the first floor.. and yes, we saw tons of perfums and we tried some.. from the wrist area all the way up to elbow.. ahaha.. different scents all the way.. and of course found a few scents that's nice.. could get them.. well, the seeling price of the perfums are rather cheap compared to the department stores... But the cheapest place to get them is still the shop at People's Park.... and so, we went to chinatown.. and got the stuff.. it's like really good buy.. ahahah.. quite happy with the purchase.. hehhe .. =)
