Had a good weekend spent with family...Went back to M'sia to visit granny.. She lost quite a lot of weight but still seems pretty alright.. As usual, she took a while to recognise who i am.. Spent the trip staying at granduncle's place.. not too used to the place.. Lotsa of houseflies around the place, and we keep ourselves safe by spraying on insect repellant on ourselves.. Walked ard the kampong area and found that the life inside is really super different from S'pore. It has practically no pace at all.. No one hurried around.. wadever things that u want, just ride on the motorcycle out and u'll get it. the extended family is very close-knitted. Aunt help us to call down all the various relatives that she could get hold of and the message pass around.. granduncle and grandaunties all came to visit, aunts and uncles as well.. So it's actually quite fun.. Conversations flood the place and the time spent there is really short.. Like there's so many more things that we could do, so many nice places of food to eat but not much time.. i'm glad granny is happy tat we actually went in to visit her.. she's a little blur about all her medications.. Anyway, it's a good thing that bros and i are like older, not like kids whereby parents have to look after us... younger bro and i took turns to drive together with Dad so that it wont be that tiring for him. Elder bro just take care of our needs, buying us food and drinks when stopping over at petrol kiosks while mom just relax.. had fun with the family in this sense.. i guess that's wad i want in a trip.. though it's short, but it's quality time spent..

get the idea? have fun!
