I realise that sometimes life dun goes in the direction that you want. The more hype-up and brimming with hope, the bigger the fall and disappointment. Sometimes a little thing will make you happy but sometimes even when u have a lot of things, they dun make you smile at all. That's life. . I want something to make me smile now. Just a smile..

Yesterday i had a patient who cant afford to pay for the medical expenses cos there's further lab test to be done but the company dun cover as the patient is just a contract staff and had joined the company not for a long time. She is just a simple girl and seems to have some financial difficulties though i didt ask her straight.

Felt sad for the girl. Sad to know that there are some people who cant afford the basic needs and there are also people who spent without thinking much. Mr Hk told me that this would be the trend in a couple more yrs in sg. Better to really save up for a rainy day.

My new perfume - Burberry Brit Sheer.. it's a fresh floral fruity scent that is young and charismatic. . It consists of pineapple, litchi, mandarin orange, yuzu, white musk and resins. NICE!! =)

it's a working saturday but it's quite relaxed.

Went for high tea today with Mr Hk at Swissotel's Plaza Market Cafe. It's a spread of peranakan cuisine which was quite nice. i enjoyed the Chap Chye and the Mutton Rendang. Sambal long-beans are nice as well. Desserts are not bad, with kuehs and cakes. the durian paste is yummy. Will want to go back there again on a saturday to nua. Quite nice. . i just realise that i havent go to any high-tea with my gfs.. Shall wait till i tried more high-tea then perhaps we can go to one next time. . .

Met up with the other angel for dinner today at Nana Thai. the food was not bad, i like the pineapple fried rice and the tom yum soup.. the fried bee hoon that the angel chose was nice as well. Went shopping ard cos she wanna spent money. Though it's GSS but there's like nothing much on sales or the shops mark up certain prices before they put a 20% sales to it.

Anyway, my damage for today is just a pair of beige flats that's 40% off. i dun particularly like the colour cos i find it hard to match so shall see how when i want to wear it. i just like the flower and it's comfortable so i just got it. As i dun particularly need it so it's off to the cupboard for now..

Woah.. Had a great day spent with my gfs. It's been a long time since we went shopping together and catching up, not doing anything except nua-ing at Starbuck.. Fun fUN fuN FuN... my evil twin especially kept prompting me to try clothes and told me to keep shopping.. it's fun!! But i do know how to control as i still have clothes that are not worn yet.. Oops..

Denim Skirt that i got with my gfs..

I notice that as we spend time together each yr, the topics that we talked also changed. Perhaps like 5 yrs ago, we were talking about studies but now we are talking abt housing, marriage preparations and savings. It's a very good feeling to be able to talk these with ur best buds.

Seeing them getting all ready for marriage in a few years time makes me kinda hyped-up. Da-jie and Er-jie, both had dated Jie-fu(S) for several yrs and of course marriage is in their plans. Rem that the other angel told me before that she will only want to get married when she wants to have kids whereas for me, i guess it's a random thing. Sometimes i envy them for having someone to share their life but sometimes i'm also happy with my single life.. =)
